Carolyn and Javier’s downtown Raleigh wedding blended family traditions, cultural heritage, and city charm. Their fall wedding day began with a ceremony at UMC Fairmont, followed by a reception at the NC Museum of Natural Sciences, one of Raleigh’s most unique and modern venues.

A highlight of the day was the couple’s first dance—a choreographed salsa that celebrated Javier’s Latino background. Later in the evening, Carolyn and her father shared a traditional German polka dance, honoring her family’s roots.
