We are thrilled to share the journey of planning a truly special event: the first wedding ever held at the stunning Donovan Manor. When Britt and Nic approached us about their dream wedding, we were immediately captivated by their vision. They wanted a venue surrounded by beautiful landscaping, an outdoor setting that would capture the essence of nature’s beauty—and a Donovan Manor Wedding was the perfect canvas for their dream.

From the moment Britt and Nic stepped foot on the property, they knew they had found something extraordinary. Nestled amidst lush gardens and breathtaking views, Donovan Manor boasts sprawling lawns, vibrant flower beds, and towering trees. Each element ultimately creates an enchanting atmosphere. Britt and Nic were excited to take photos under the grand oak tree, its branches stretching out like nature’s own embrace.

The couple shared their vision of a wedding that felt intimate yet celebratory. Britt had a special request: she wanted to create a twinkly, magical celebration filled with the soft glow of candles. The couple also wanted to emphasize the natural beauty of the surroundings, so we integrated wildflower elements into the decor.

One of the most exciting aspects of planning Britt and Nic’s Donovan Manor Wedding was weaving in personal touches that spoke to their story. With this intention, we selected a color palette that echoed the natural beauty of the venue: deep purples, soft mauve elements, and gold. Flowers by Kyle adorned each table with gorgeous bud vases. Meanwhile, the twinkling string lights overhead added to the enchanting ambiance for the evening.

On the day of the wedding, everything came together beautifully. Hurricane Helene threatened to rain on our parade, but the weather turned out to be perfect. Following the ceremony, guests enjoyed a delightful outdoor reception, complete with gourmet food provided by Donovan’s Dish. Finally, signature espresso martinis, and, of course, plenty of dancing ended a memorable night at Donovan Manor.
